To prep and prepare food for customers.
1. Maintain stock in refrigerator, freezer and inventories in an orderly and clean manner
2. Prepackage alll food products and make sure that they conform to standards.
3. Cook and prepare food according to company specifications.
4. Change fryer grease on a regular basis and as needed.
5. Establish good working relations with servers.
6. Prep stock for line refrigerators and freezers during shift and for next shift.
7. Wash all utensils at end of shift.
8l Clean grill at end of shift and line area. Mop floor.
9. Attend work on time and exhibit positive attitude.
10. All other duties as assigned.
